What will I do with it?

Well, I have about a year or so to use them up. Once dehydrated, mushrooms are shelf stable up to a year.

I could reconstitute with hot water and cook with them. I could grind and add to spice blends or soups.

This batch will go through a double extraction process to become a Lions Mane tincture.
